冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变中Stingray正向夹层重入技术在病变处成功穿刺1例Stingray-antegrade dissection re-entry technique successfully puncturing in the lesion site in a case of coronary chronic total occlusion

摘要(Abstract):
冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞(CTO)病变是目前经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)中的最后堡垒。正向、逆向、正向夹层重入(ADR)技术是治疗CTO病变的常用手段。近年来Stingray球囊辅助下ADR技术因其安全高效受到广泛关注。本中心在开通CTO病变中应用ADR技术比例约为5%~10%,积累了较多经验,并进行了技术改进和优化。经典的ADR技术成功穿刺着陆区在CTO病变远端健康血管,而在临床实际操作中ADR技术穿刺也可选取在病变处进行穿刺。本文报道1例CTO病变开通中ADR技术在病变处穿刺成功,可能拓展ADR技术的应用适应证。
