造影导丝辅助处理PCI术中支架球囊导管回撤困难一例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>冠状动脉内支架释放后,支架球囊导管回撤困难的现象在经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗手术过程中有时会发生。我们通过将造影导丝引入到由指引导管-PTCA导丝-支架球囊导管构成的冠脉病变处理系统,使其作为回撤支架球囊导管时指引导管头端与主动脉壁之间的一个固定支撑点,解决
