心腔内超声在左心耳封堵术中的应用研究进展Application and research progress of intracardiac echocardiography in left atrial appendage closure

摘要(Abstract):
左心耳封堵术(LAAC)在预防非瓣膜性心房颤动(NVAF)患者卒中方面的效果不劣于口服抗凝剂。经食管超声心动图(TEE)是LAAC的首选成像方案,也是目前LAAC术前血栓检查的"金标准"。近年来,心腔内超声(ICE)以其诸多优势逐渐应用于LAAC,有望成为TEE的有效替代方案,其有效性与安全性已得到证实。本文就ICE引导LAAC的应用及研究进展进行综述。
