腺苷负荷心肌缺血影像学诊断试验

摘要(Abstract)：
<正> 近10余年来,以核素或超声影像技术诊断药物负荷性心肌缺血受到学者们广泛的关注。试验用药按其作用机理可分为二类:一类为"耗氧型",如异丙基肾上腺素、多巴酚丁胺;另一类为"窃血型",如潘生丁、腺苷。潘生丁影像试验的可行性、准确性是无可置疑的,但由于其约长达10小时的半衰期,故使发生率较高的副作用常需要药物治疗;此外,近来国内外均有致心肌梗塞与死亡的病例报道,故对其安全性已有争
