摘要(Abstract)：

1例54岁男性患者因"间断胸闷憋气5个月"入住解放军总医院,外院造影及冠状动脉CT提示左前降支重度狭窄伴钙化,未行介入治疗。为进一步治疗就诊于我院。充分评估病变后使用Shockwave冲击波球囊进行病变预处理,术中操作顺利,光学相干断层成像清晰看到了钙化病变有多处被能量波震出的裂隙,验证了Shockwave球囊的安全性和有效性。
