摘要(Abstract)：
<正>心房颤动(房颤)是临床上最常见的心律失常之一。血栓栓塞是房颤患者致死或致残的主要原因。房颤患者卒中的发生风险较一般患者高出5倍,且随年龄的增加而迅速增加[1]。房颤诱发的卒中较其他原因引起的卒中更为严重[2]。因此,预防卒中成为房颤患者主要治疗目标之一。研究表明,房颤患者发生卒中的主要原因是左心耳血栓的形成和脱落,在非瓣膜性房颤患者中,高达90%的血栓来源于左心耳[3]。通过导管送入
