直流电消融术治疗心动过速的疗效

摘要(Abstract)：
直流电消融术治疗心动过速6例.2例病态窦房结综合征(慢-快综合征)消融希氏束.最后遗留I度房室传导阻滞,其中1例的阵发性房性心动过速同时被治愈.2例预激综合征消融后间隔旁道,1例成功,1例改手术切断旁道.2例阵发性持续性室性心动过速伴晕厥消融室性心动过速起源点均获成功. 上述结果表明,只要病例选择适当.直流电消融术目前仍是一种可供选择的治疗心动过速的非手术方法.
