摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1临床资料患者女,73岁。因"胸闷10 h,加重伴意识模糊3 h入院"。2015年2月4日晨7时患者出现胸闷并摔倒在地1次,无意识丧失,至8时患者意识丧失,牙关紧闭,呼之不应,大小便失禁,大便黑色。家属予以"速效救心丸"舌下含服,2 min后患者神志恢复,急入当地医院,9时25分患者突发心搏骤停,予以心肺复苏、气管插管后患者恢复自主心律。
