穿刺致腹膜后血肿覆膜支架治疗1例A case of covered stent in the treatment of retroperitoneal hematoma caused by puncture

摘要(Abstract)：
腹膜后血肿多常见于股动脉穿刺,而股静脉穿刺所致巨大腹膜后血肿较少见。本文报告1例应用覆膜支架治疗由股静脉穿刺所致的腹膜后血肿。术后随访效果良好。提示应用覆膜支架治疗由静脉所致的巨大血肿可能是一种可靠的治疗手段。
