导引延长导管的临床应用

摘要(Abstract):
<正>随着经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)患者数目的增多,尤其是患者老龄化,心脏介入医师面对的复杂病变也不断增多。在伴有严重迂曲和(或)钙化的冠状动脉病变中,尽管有充分的病变预扩张和对支架设计的改进,包括对支架追踪性、推进性和整体输送性的提升,但支架到达靶病变仍面临挑战。足够的支撑力是PCI成功的基础。常用的解决方法包括使用EBU、XB、Amplatz等强支撑导引导管、大管径的导引导管、导引导管深插技术、球囊锚定技术、
