基于冠状动脉造影的微循环阻力指数技术在冠心病诊疗中的应用与研究进展Application and research advances of related to the coronary angiography-based index of microcirculatory resistance techniques in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery diseases

摘要(Abstract):
近些年,随着计算流体动力学与人工智能的发展,基于冠状动脉造影的微循环阻力指数相关技术取得重要创新,实现了无创评估冠状动脉微循环功能障碍,克服了传统有创微循环阻力指数需压力导丝和腺苷的局限。此类技术在急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死、急性非ST段抬高型心肌梗死、慢性冠状动脉综合征患者中均表现出良好的诊断性能和预后价值。本文综述了基于冠状动脉造影的微循环阻力指数技术的重要演进过程及其在不同类型冠心病诊疗中的最新研究进展,旨在为该类技术在冠心病的诊疗领域提供参考依据。
