去肾交感神经术在临床治疗中的应用:老概念的新发现

摘要(Abstract):
<正>经皮介入射频消融去肾交感神经术治疗高血压已在欧盟获准应用于临床。该疗法的最初人体研究,即概念验证试验是在中国完成的。笔者作为这一疗法的发明参与者(简称研究组)之一,总结了该治疗方法的起源、生理机制、临床验证以及研发和转化医学过程。1.去肾交感神经术治疗高血压的起源2000年初收治的1例因多囊肾严重肾绞痛的患者,在多种止痛药物治疗均无效后,采用CT引导下穿刺在肾门局部注射利多卡因的方法解除了肾绞痛症状,同时显著缓解该患者的长期高血压症状。基于这一案例,研究组检索到Smithwick等[1]早年的研究显示,对1266例恶性高血压患者实施肾神经切除术,随访5~14年,患者的高血压症
