摘要(Abstract)：

冠状动脉肺动脉瘘（CPAF）是一种罕见的先天性或获得性冠状动脉循环异常，其临床表现与瘘管的大小分流及压力阶差等有关。临床症状无特异性，有时出现胸闷、心悸、胸痛等症状，这种分流也可造成“窃血”现象，长期可导致心肌缺血、心肌纤维化，最终引起心力衰竭。目前，CPAF的治疗方式主要包括外科手术和介入封堵治疗，选择依据主要取决于瘘管的解剖特点及是否合并其他心脏畸形，以及患者的临床症状。经导管介入封堵术在国内外均为首选治疗方法，在解剖条件适宜患者中，介入治疗成功率可达90%以上，并发症发生率低。外科手术仅用于瘘管解剖复杂或介入失败病例，合并其他需要外科处理的心脏畸形。本病例报道1例副右冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘致严重心力衰竭患者通过弹簧圈联合明胶海绵成功封堵，术后心功能显著改善。
