导丝切割技术在冠状动脉慢性闭塞病变中的应用Application of the novel Wire-Cutting technique for balloon "uncrossable" lesion during advancement of balloon in chronic total occlusion coronary angioplasty

摘要(Abstract):
目的评价球囊导丝切割技术在处理慢性完全闭塞(CTO)病变中的作用。方法 2006—2008年在中南大学湘雅二医院心血管内科行PCI的CTO患者85例,66例成功地施行了PCI。对8例导丝通过后,常规方法球囊无法通过病变,采用了导丝切割技术。结果 85例患者中8例病变运用了导丝球囊切割技术,并有6例获得成功,1例在导丝切割技术未成功后使用Tornus后成功,1例因球囊始终未能通过病变而放弃。结论球囊导丝切割技术对于球囊无法通过的CTO病变不失为一种有效的新方法。
