摘要(Abstract)：

<正>经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)作为一项有效的治疗技术已经广泛应用于稳定型冠状动脉疾病和急性冠状动脉综合征(acute coronar y syndrome,ACS)的治疗。2016年我国完成PCI共计666 495例,仅次于美国,位居世界第二~([1])。为了防止缺血并发症,PCI术后常使用抗血栓药物。
