摘要(Abstract)：
<正>一、病例资料患者,男,21岁,发作性胸骨后闷痛6天,持续加重3小时入院。既往健康,无心血管病家族史,有长期大量吸烟史(每日平均40支),无吸毒史。入院查体:体温36.5℃,脉搏90次/分钟,呼吸22次/分钟,血压110/90mm Hg。体型偏瘦小,双肺野未闻及罗音,心界不大,心音低钝,心率90次/分钟,未闻及杂音及心包摩擦音。腹软,剑突下压痛(±),肝脾肋下未触及,双下肢无水肿。心电图:窦性心律,
