摘要(Abstract)：

本文报道1例老年女性心房颤动患者，左心耳Watchman封堵术后长期服用阿司匹林（100 mg、每日1次），4年后发生系统性栓塞及左心房前侧壁血栓，封堵伞表面内皮化良好，阿司匹林联合华法林抗凝2个月后复查左心房内血栓消失，继续长期抗栓方案。
