摘要(Abstract)：

心血管穿透性损伤是电生理术中可能导致严重不良后果的一种并发症，研究表明房间隔穿刺过程中损伤主动脉风险约为0.05%～0.09%，不当的处理过程将引发急性心脏压塞，如延误抢救时机甚至威胁患者生命。目前对于此类情况的具体处理流程报道较少，指南也未提供操作方案。因此，对于这种并发症的处理流程的收集是必要的。本病例报道1例因左侧旁路行电生理检查及射频消融的患者，分析房间隔穿刺过程中意外穿透主动脉并出现急性心脏压塞的处理流程。
