摘要(Abstract)：

<正>患者男,43岁。2013年10月15日因"持续性胸痛5 h"入院。查体:神清,气平,口唇无发绀,颈软,双肺呼吸音清,未闻及湿啰音及哮鸣音,血压102/53 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),心率73次/min,律齐,未及病理性杂音,腹软,双下肢无浮肿。心电图示:Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF、V3R~V5R、V7~V9导联ST段弓背向上抬高;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF、V3R~V5R导联异常Q波,诊断为"急性心肌梗死(下
