冠状动脉内过饱和氧辅助治疗装置的研究进展Research progress of coronary artery supersaturated oxygen treatment device

摘要(Abstract):
急性心肌梗死(AMI)是一种常见的心血管疾病,其病因主要为冠状动脉粥样硬化和冠状动脉血栓形成,临床多表现为严重的血流动力学紊乱和心输出量过低。目前,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)仍是AMI的主要临床救治方法。尽管大多数AMI患者,在接受PCI后恢复了冠状动脉内主要血管的血流灌注,但仍存在大量冠状动脉内微血管阻塞的情况,使得梗死心肌未得到有效恢复。冠状动脉内过饱和氧辅助治疗装置可改善梗死相关动脉内的微血管循环,有效减少梗死面积,具有良好的应用前景。
