静息全周期比值与血流储备分数的一致性及影响因素分析Independent predictors of discordance between the resting full-cycle ratio and fractional flow reserve

摘要(Abstract):
目的 明确静息全周期比值(RFR)与血流储备分数(FFR)的一致性及不一致时的影响因素。方法 连续入选2021年1月至2021年11月于北京大学人民医院心内科行RFR及FFR检查的住院患者,将其分为RFR和FFR一致组(高RFR/高FFR或低RFR/低FFR)及不一致组(高RFR/低FFR或低RFR/高FFR),探讨RFR和FFR的一致性以及不一致时的影响因素。结果 共纳入139例患者的163处病变,其中RFR和FFR一致组106例(128处病变),RFR和FFR不一致组33例(35处病变),RFR和FFR的一致性为78.5%(相关系数r=0.754,P<0.001)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示急性冠状动脉综合征(OR 2.36,95%CI 1.22~2.19,P=0.025)和左前降支病变(OR 4.64,95%CI1.06~3.44,P=0.031)均是导致RFR和FFR不一致的独立影响因素。结论 RFR和FFR具有较高的一致性,急性冠状动脉综合征患者和左前降支病变是两者不一致的独立影响因素。
