摘要(Abstract):
<正>心脑血管疾病占西方发达国家发病率和死亡率的首位,近年来其发病率在发展中国家也不断增加。动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)作为心脑血管疾病的主要病理基础,其发生发展与氧化应激有着密切关系。正常情况下体内氧化与抗氧化处于动态平衡,过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)等内源性抗氧化酶可清除活性氧,维持细胞氧化还原自稳态。然而,当活性氧生成过多、
