摘要(Abstract)：

本文报道1例梗阻性肥厚型心肌病经皮心肌内室间隔射频消融术治疗后7个月消融区组织未完全吸收、左心室流出道梗阻未解除并发重度二尖瓣反流的病例，利用经导管二尖瓣缘对缘修复治疗后二尖瓣反流显著减少的同时左心室流出道梗阻得到解除。望对类似病例提供借鉴。
