Impella辅助下经皮冠状动脉介入治疗左主干末端分叉病变1例

摘要(Abstract)：
<正>1临床资料患者女,83岁。因"反复胸闷胸痛7年,再发加重1个月"于2017年11月15日入住南京医科大学附属南京医院。2014年患者在外院行冠状动脉造影示三支病变(具体不详),于右冠状动脉置入1枚支架;术后规律服用冠心病二级预防药物。1个月前患者再发胸闷胸痛,静息下即可发作,发作频繁,持续数分钟后自行缓解,含服硝酸甘油后缓解。既往有高血压病史十余年,口服血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药(缬沙坦)治疗,自诉血压控制尚可。否认糖尿病及心血管疾病家族史,否认吸烟饮酒嗜好。入院查体示:血压150/62 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),心率56次/分,各瓣膜听诊区未闻及杂音;双肺呼吸音粗,未闻及
