摘要(Abstract)：
<正>1临床资料患者男,58岁,主诉因"胸闷、胸痛3年,加重1年"入住武汉亚洲心脏病医院。患者3年前劳累后出现胸闷,休息后很快缓解,夜间休息时憋气,上述症状间断发作。患者有痛风病史,否认其他疾病史,无外伤、输血史,无药物、食物过敏史,无特殊家族史。入院查体:心脏向左扩大,律齐,P_2不
