摘要(Abstract)：

<正>心房颤动是临床上最常见的持续性心律失常,房颤患者在人群中尤其是老年人中的比例非常高。国外研究表明,在55至64岁的人群中,每年新发房颤病例为2‰～3‰,在85至94岁人群中每年新发病例高达35‰[1]。房颤患者最重要的并发症为循环血栓栓塞,其中最常见和最严重的是脑血
