经导管双支架置入治疗血管炎相关肺动脉狭窄引起的肺动脉高压1例Double stent implantation via catheter for treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension caused by vasculitis-related pulmonary artery stenosis:a case report

摘要(Abstract)：
报道1例血管炎相关肺动脉狭窄引起的肺动脉高压,行肺动脉造影+右心导管检查+双侧肺动脉支架置入术。术中出现心脏压塞,经心包穿刺引流后好转。后给予抗凝、对症治疗,患者恢复良好。术后1个月复查肺动脉CT血管造影,支架无狭窄。提示针对血管炎相关肺动脉狭窄引起的肺动脉高压,同时施行双侧支架置入可显著改善心功能。
