摘要(Abstract):
心力衰竭(HF)是全球范围内常见且影响广泛的心血管病。近年来,经皮去肾神经术(RDN)在HF治疗中的应用,逐步成为新的研究热点。RDN通过降低交感神经活性,减轻心肌损伤,抑制心室重构、改善心脏功能,进而改善HF患者预后。本文旨在总结RDN在HF治疗中的最新进展,从而为HF的治疗提供新的思路。
