冠状动脉慢性闭塞病变的逆向技术

摘要(Abstract):
<正>由于传统的低成功率和再狭窄、再闭塞高发生率,慢性完全闭塞(chronic total occlusion,C T O)病变被称为经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)最后的堡垒。手术器械和导丝通过技术的最新发展显著增加了CTO病变PCI的成功率,并保持较低的并发症发生率,特别是与单纯的前向导丝技术相比,CTO逆向技术显著提高了手术成功率。大多数介
