摘要(Abstract)：

<正>高血压严重威胁人类健康。在生活方式干预基础上，联合药物治疗高血压是当下的标准治疗方法。但由于生活方式持续改善的难度，药物治疗依从性不佳以及药物不良反应等原因，高血压的控制率不尽如人意，成为迫切需要解决的临床问题。在高血压的发生、维持、进展等阶段，交感神经系统病理性激活发挥着重要的作用，而其中肾交感神经系统起着至关重要的作用，肾交感传出和传入神经可以通过多种机制导致血压升高。
