摘要(Abstract)：

近年来,关于卵圆孔未闭的致病作用越来越受到临床重视。已经明确,在不明原因性卒中的发病过程中,卵圆孔未闭扮演了重要角色。但是,卵圆孔未闭与偏头痛的关系却始终存在争议。本文将从两者的潜在联系、循证医学证据等方面进行综述,旨在为临床工作提供借鉴。
