摘要(Abstract):
<正>时至今日,经导管主动脉瓣置换术(transcatheter aorticvalvereplacement,TAVR)经过十余年的发展,其安全性和有效性已经过多个大型、多中心、前瞻性、随机对照研究以及临床注册研究证实[1-2],并逐渐扩大适应证向中低危患者过渡[3-5]。我国自2010年开始进行该领域实践,目前已经积累了1000余例
