老年人经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张术(附21例报告及随访)

摘要(Abstract)：
报道21例年龄≥60岁患者行经皮二尖瓣球囊扩张术(PBMV),成功率为95.2%,无严重并发症发生,其中一例因瓣膜明显均质性致密增厚而扩张失败.本组患者PBMV由术前二尖瓣口面积从1.12±0.25cm~2术后增加至1.89±0.27cm~2,左房平均压从25.5±8.1mmHg降至12.9±5.6mmHg,心功能大多明显改善.平均随访9±3个月,心功能与术后相仿.表明PBMV是老年二尖瓣狭窄患者安全有效的治疗措施之一.
