摘要(Abstract)：
<正>随着中国冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者人数的逐渐增多,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)作为治疗冠心病的有效手段之一,应用于临床也日趋广泛。及时有效的PCI术对患者缺血相关血管进行血运重建,可有效地缓解患者心绞痛的发生,同时大大降低不良心血管事件的发生率。为了能够尽最大可能地使患者获益,每一名合格的心脏介入医师应当熟练掌握PCI适应证、流程及操作。在PCI术过程中,冠状动脉指引导丝的应用很大程度上是该手术的核心
