冠状动脉中度狭窄引起竞争性逆向血流1例A case report of competitive reverse flow caused by moderate coronary artery stenosis

摘要(Abstract):
冠状动脉竞争性逆向血流(CCRF),也被称为“假血栓”,是冠状动脉造影过程中见到的一种血栓样充盈缺损现象,主要因为上游冠状动脉的严重狭窄或次全闭塞以及对侧良好侧支循环的建立。因冠状动脉中度狭窄而引起的CCRF现象少见,本文介绍1例由于冠状动脉中度狭窄引起的CCRF病例,以提高临床医师对此类现象的认识。
