摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1临床资料患者男,52岁。主因"突发剧烈胸痛30 min"急诊入住吉林大学中日联谊医院。胸痛性质呈压榨样,口服硝酸甘油症状未缓解,并伴有大汗、气促、面色苍白。既往体健,否认个人及家族甲状腺疾病史,否认手术、外伤史,否认用药及食物过敏史。体格检查示:体温36.2℃,血压108/74 mmH g(1 mmH g=0.133 kP a),心率90次/min,呼吸22次/min,心脏听诊提示第一心音低钝。实验室检查示:肌钙蛋白I
