摘要(Abstract):
<正>经导管主动脉瓣置换术(transcatheteraorticvalve replacement,TAVR)是一项用于治疗主动脉瓣疾病的新型介入技术。经过十几年的迅速发展,TAVR治疗中、重度主动脉瓣狭窄(aortic stenosis,AS)的可行性和安全性已经在全球范围内得到认可。《2017年美国心脏协会(American Heart Association,AHA)/美国心脏病学会(AmericanCollegeof Cardiology,ACC)心脏瓣膜疾病患者管理指南》~([1])已经将其列
