血管内超声在介入治疗中的应用

摘要(Abstract):
<正>冠心病诊疗发展过程中,冠状动脉造影(coronary angiography,CAG)一直被认为是诊断冠心病的"金标准",而在冠状动脉临界病变、弥漫病变、严重钙化、严重偏心狭窄病变、成角病变、重叠病变等复杂病变中,由于投射角度以及CAG在二维层面的主观判断往往对冠状动脉实际病变估计不足,血管内超声(intravascular ultrasound,IVUS)则能够提供血管管腔、管壁结构等信息来指导介入治疗。目前IVUS已经成为冠状动脉复杂病变中指导支架置入术可靠的影像工具,
