<正>经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)中由机械刺激引起的介入相关血管痉挛临床比较常见,通常冠状动脉内注射血管扩张药物可以解除痉挛。然而PCI后非介入相关的血管严重痉挛临床报道不多,
