血管外周局部应用几丁质预防再狭窄的实验研究The experimental study of local adventitial chitin administration for the prevention of restenosis

摘要(Abstract)：
对 2 4只兔建立髂动脉再狭窄模型 ,随机分为对照组 8只 ,假手术组 8只和几丁质组 8只。几丁质组于再狭窄血管管周套上几丁质管 ,假手术组经上述同样手术过程但不放几丁质管。术后 4周观察各组兔髂动脉内膜面积 ,内膜 /中膜面积、厚度 ,3H TdR参入量。结果 ,管周应用几丁质能显著抑制再狭窄血管内膜增生 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ,提示管周局部应用几丁质可有效地预防再狭窄。
