多种影像学技术在自发性冠状动脉夹层中的应用Application of various imaging techniques in spontaneous coronary artery dissection

摘要(Abstract):
自发性冠状动脉夹层(SCAD)是急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的病因之一,由内膜自发性撕裂或壁内血肿导致心肌灌注不足而形成。SCAD与冠状动脉粥样硬化导致的ACS在急性期管理上明显的不同,确诊SCAD的患者除出现持续性胸痛或临床症状不稳定的情况外,多建议采用保守治疗策略,70%~97%的SCAD患者经过保守治疗后数周至数月后会发生"愈合"。由于SCAD的诊断思路、治疗策略以及临床预后与动脉粥样硬化性冠状动脉疾病截然不同,所以提高对SCAD这一疾病的认识并且合理选择影像学技术协助确诊SCAD至关重要。
