摘要(Abstract)：

对于冠心病合并卒中高风险的心房颤动治疗,难点在于无法权衡抗凝和抗血小板联合应用所带来的出血风险。本文报道1例冠心病合并卒中高风险的心房颤动患者的治疗,以期为临床提供经验。
