摘要(Abstract):
<正>过去的30多年中,我国的经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)迅猛发展。2016年,全国PCI病例数超过66万,经桡动脉入径广泛使用,各种介入操作和相关影像学技术蓬勃开展[1]。然而,随着我国人口逐渐老龄化,高危和复杂冠状动脉病变(例如左主干、分叉、慢性完全闭塞病变等)越来越多见。严重冠状动脉钙化病变的介入治疗仍具挑
