冠心病合并糖尿病患者冠状动脉介入术前后血栓形成前状态分子标志物的变化The changes and significance of molecular markers of prethrombotic state in coronary artery patients with diabetes mellitus undergoing coronary angioplasty

摘要(Abstract)：
目的 观察冠心病 (CAD)合并糖尿病 (DM)患者冠状动脉介入术前后血栓形成前状态(PTS)分子标志物变化情况。方法 选择 32例CAD(A组 )及 2 4例CAD合并非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病(NIDDM ,B组 )患者行冠状动脉介入术 ,分别在术前、术后 2 0min、2 4h、7d采血测定PTS分子标志物、脂质过氧化物 (LPO)及血管内皮功能指标。结果 术后两组患者PTS分子标志物、LPO及内皮功能均较术前有明显变化 ,且B组变化更明显 ,至术后第 7d ,A组基本恢复至术前水平 ,但B组仍有明显变化。结论 CAD患者介入术后出现PTS分子标志物、脂质过氧化损伤以及内皮功能等一系列变化 ,并且这种变化在合并DM的患者更为明显。
