<正>2021年是艰难的一年,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情在全球范围内持续肆虐,改变了我们的日常生活,但阻挡不了国内外同仁在心血管领域奋勇向前的步伐。现将2021年心血管治疗领域的重大研究进展总结如下。1心力衰竭药物治疗进展1.1EMPEROR-Preserved研究[1]:射血分数保留的心力衰竭(heart failure with preserved ejection fraction,HFpEF)治疗的首个突破相比于射血分数降低的心力衰竭(heart failure with reduced ejection fraction,HFrEF),HFpEF的治疗一直缺乏有效手段,
