摘要(Abstract):
冠状动脉穿孔(CAP)是指对比剂或者血液经冠状动脉撕裂口处流至血管外。本病例报道在冠状动脉钙化病变行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术中,应用Shockwave震波球囊处理冠状动脉内钙化结节后,导致医源性CAP并导致心脏压塞1例,通过文献系统回顾PCI相关的CAP的处理。
