不同药物和剂量静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗塞92例初步观察A Primary observation of therapy with thrombolitic agents of different agents and doses for myocardiol infarction in cases

摘要(Abstract)：
采用日本绿十字尿激酶(UK);美国,德国链激酶(SK)静滴治疗急性心肌梗塞92例.根据临床指标判定血管再通率分别为UK96万IU组50.0%(17/34),UK150万IU组61.9%(13/21),SK150万IU组64.8%(24/37).UK剂量加大,出血未增加,SK的轻度出血、过敏、低血压略高于Uk,但均不严重,容易处理.
