摘要(Abstract)：

<正>主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术(thoracic endovascular aortic repair,TEVAR)是临床上对主动脉夹层患者进行腔内治疗的标准治疗手段。接受TEVAR治疗的主动脉夹层患者的院内死亡率较接受开放手术患者更低[1-3]。TEVAR比开放手术的侵入性小,并且比传统药物治疗具有更好的长期主动脉重塑效果。目前大多数I型夹层或B型夹层,以近端主动脉修复为主的方案进行手术重建,只能封闭近端撕裂口,通常只能在近端支架移植物附近观察到完全的假腔血栓化,而在胸主动脉或腹主动脉中仍存在部分假腔未能血栓化[4-5]。这可能会引发一些晚期并发症,例如不完全的假腔血栓形成,可能导致主动脉持续扩张,
