一种应用注射器抽吸辅助预置Proglide缝合股静脉的方法A method of femoral vein closure by Proglide with syringe suction assist preclose technique

摘要(Abstract):
Proglide血管缝合器是具有动静脉缝合双适应证的血管闭合器械,但由于静脉压力较低,在推进缝合器柄进入管腔时标记腔血液回流较慢或无回血,不容易定位锚脚位置,这一问题成为静脉缝合中的技术难点。笔者在临床实践中研究自制了一套以注射器连接标记腔的方法,在推进缝合器时以注射器抽吸回血来辅助判断锚脚是否进入血管腔。该方法简单实用,容易操作,无需培训即可掌握,可有效提高Proglide缝合静脉成功率。
