摘要(Abstract):
冠状动脉慢性完全闭塞病变及钙化病变是导致冠状动脉介入治疗失败的常见原因。本文报道1例中年女性左前降支慢性闭塞合并严重钙化患者,冠状动脉介入治疗术中通过导丝绕行钙化病变重回远段真腔,从而开通左前降支,为临床实践提供新的治疗思路。
